Michael DuBose

Michael DuBose is a transaction advisory manager, currently serving at PKF Advisory and Withum, focusing on buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence. Previously, Michael worked in KPMG's Deal Advisory & Strategy practice as a Financial Due Diligence Senior Associate, specializing in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Michael also gained experience as an Audit Intern at KPMG and served as a Distance Learning Coordinator at the University of Mississippi while earning a Master’s degree in Accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the same institution.
