Sonia Freeman

Sonia Freeman is a Partner at Withum and currently serves as the Chief Culture Officer and Audit Director at PKF Texas. With over three decades of experience, they specialize in audit, review, and advisory services for private equity-backed and privately held businesses across various sectors including wholesale and retail distribution, manufacturing, and technology. Sonia has held leadership roles, including Board President and Treasurer for the Women's Finance Exchange and Board Treasurer for the YWCA Houston. They earned a BS in Accounting from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
