Steve Brady

Steve Brady is a partner and practice leader in Transaction Advisory at Withum, where they specialize in buy-side and sell-side due diligence, merger integration, and advisory services for mergers and acquisitions. Previously, they served as a partner at FGMK, LLC and Grant Thornton LLP, where they developed practices in transaction advisory services and significantly expanded service capabilities. Steve held various leadership roles throughout their career, including CFO at Symbios Medical Products, and managing partner at Baden Gage & Schroeder LLC. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
