Customer Success Manager at Wise

Michael Powell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michael currently works as a Customer Success Manager at Wise, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to this, Michael worked at Advanced from October 2021 to October 2022, where they were also a Customer Success Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring customer satisfaction by driving adoption and delivering insights. Before that, Michael worked as an Application/Solution Consultant at Advanced from September 2018 to October 2021, where they implemented CRM solutions for charities and membership organizations. Additionally, Michael has experience as a Customer Support Consultant at Advanced from July 2016 to September 2018.

Before joining Advanced, Michael worked as a Fitness Instructor at Wychavon Leisure Community Association Limited from June 2015 to July 2016 and as a Street Charity Fundraiser at The Children's Society in August 2015. Michael also held the position of Kitchen Porter at Pizza Express from August 2014 to May 2015. Michael Powell has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) (Hons) degree in Sport and Exercise Science from Coventry University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, in 2015, they received a QCF Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing from the same university. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2012, they completed an NVQ Level 2 Apprenticeship in Business Administration from Staffordshire College & NHS. In July 2018, Michael also obtained an ITIL(R) Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from QA Ltd.
