Sherry D. Simons is a Barrister and Solicitor with extensive experience in estate planning, estate administration, real estate, and corporate/commercial law, currently employed at Witten LLP since May 2023. Prior experience includes work at The Estate House by Gorman & Koski LLP and Ackroyd LLP, where practice areas encompassed wills, power of attorney, Aboriginal law, and policy drafting. Sherry also served as a Contracts and Agreements Specialist at the University of Alberta, focusing on research agreements and risk assessment. Earlier roles included contributions to Wheatley Sadownik as a student-at-law and Legal Aid Alberta as a Legal Services Officer. Educational qualifications include a law degree (LL.B./J.D.) from the University of Alberta, along with specialized training in negotiation from Yale University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Alberta.
