Ricardo Bacci

Ricardo Bacci is a seasoned professional in innovation and security project management, currently serving as the Corporative Manager of Innovation Projects in Security at Grupo GPS. With extensive experience in the security industry, Ricardo has held various strategic roles, including specialist mentor positions at Spex and Wivenn, and has been a member of the Startup Committee at ABESE, where the focus is on bridging disruptive technologies with the electronic security market. Ricardo's previous roles include Superintendente de Soluções em Segurança Eletrônica at Grupo GR, where innovations in electronic security operations were implemented, and leading initiatives at Gocil Segurança e Serviços, where multiple cutting-edge projects were developed. Educationally, Ricardo has completed several innovation extension programs at ESPM and holds a degree in Supply Chain Management and Logistics from CPOR/SP.
