Arava Refael

Arava Refael is an experienced Product Manager, currently working at Wix as the Product Manager for Wix Identity since July 2025. Prior to this role, Arava held product management positions at Checkmarx and BLEND Localization. Arava also served as a Partnership Manager at LEADERS, where responsibilities included managing the Leaders program, developing partnerships within the startup ecosystem, and creating strategic marketing campaigns. Earlier experience includes working as a Project Manager at Yazamut 360° at Ben-Gurion University, focusing on fostering an entrepreneurial environment, as well as serving as a Teaching Assistant for an Entrepreneurship and Innovation course. Arava holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, obtained in 2020.
