Conor Boyle

Conor Boyle has extensive experience in customer care and sales, currently serving as a Customer Care Mentor & Onboarding at Wix.com since June 2020, where responsibilities include training and mentoring new and experienced agents. Prior to this role, Conor worked at Hertz from May 2014 to June 2020, progressing from a Counter Sales Representative to a Customer Care Expert, focusing on enhancing customer experiences and promoting additional services. Conor also gained international experience as a Counter Sales Representative at Firefly Car Hire in 2015 and demonstrated leadership as a Volunteer Coordinator for the DCU Raising and Giving Society from April 2014 to May 2015. Conor's career began as a Sales Assistant at Down's Supervalu from January 2010 to January 2012. Conor holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Dublin City University, completed in 2015, after attending Ballincollig Community School.
