Devan Spence

Global Customer Care Project Manager

Devan Spence has extensive experience in customer care and service, currently serving as the Head of Customer Care at Wix.com since October 2016, following roles as Customer Care Group Manager, Customer Care Team Lead, and Customer Care Expert. Prior to Wix.com, Devan held the position of Customer Service Manager at The Guitar Center Company from February 2014 to October 2016, along with roles as Pro Audio Department Manager and Sales Associate. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Sales Associate at RadioShack from May 2008 to December 2013. Devan is an alumnus of Florida A&M University.
