Dotan Laks

Dotan Laks is a Senior Frontend Developer at Wix since June 2023, with a robust background in software engineering, having previously served as a Senior Software Engineer at Octoplay from November 2020 to June 2023, and as a Full Stack Developer at Taboola from August 2016 to November 2020. Dotan's early career included a role as a Senior Web Developer and Architecture Consultant at Mamram, where contributions were made to the innovation team developing a platform called "Joe" aimed at enhancing open-source development within the organization, as well as overseeing the deployment of Canvas LMS using Linux and Ruby on Rails. Dotan also has experience as a Lead Web Developer and as an instructor at the IDF Programming School. Prior to a career in technology, Dotan worked as a salesman at Tower Records. Dotan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from The Open University of Israel and completed computer programming training at Basmach.
