Irit Chelly

Irit Chelly is a Senior Applied Researcher at Wix, specializing in generative models and multimodal architectures for image synthesis and layout generation. They completed a Ph.D. in Computer Science at Ben-Gurion University, where they conducted research in computer vision, deep learning, and diffusion-based generative models. Prior to their current role, Irit served as a Teaching Assistant at Ben-Gurion University and worked as an Automation Engineer at eBay, where they designed algorithms for price prediction and automated feature selection. They also gained early experience as a Manufacture Engineer Intern at Intel, developing a software application to enhance manufacturing processes.
