Omer Edelstein currently serves as a Backend Team Lead and Backend Engineer at Wix since November 2019, where Omer focuses on developing server-side services within a Microservices architecture using Java, Spring framework, Maven, and Git, while employing AGILE development methodologies. Prior to this, Omer gained experience as a Software Engineer Intern at Amdocs from September 2017 to September 2019, contributing to product issue research and debugging. Omer's earlier experience includes a role as an R&D Support Operator at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries, where responsibilities included software QA testing and user training, as well as serving as a Commander in charge of an operational satellite system in the Israeli Defense Forces from September 2013 to September 2014. Omer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.
