Shay Tal

Shay Tal has an extensive background in operations and management, currently serving as Operations Manager at Wix.com since January 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Director at Friends of Israel Scouts from August 2017 to August 2020 and various positions at Or Yarok, including Director of Education and Community and Director of Youth and Young Department from January 2011 to July 2017. Earlier experience includes managing the Tel-Aviv Jaffa district for the Hebrew Scouts Movement in Israel, overseeing a team of 19 branches and managing a budget of approximately 10 million NIS annually. Shay Tal holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Tel Aviv University.
