Dror Lapidot is the Head of R&D for the eCommerce Platform at Wix, where they leverage a passion for technology and people to drive impactful results. Previously, Dror served as R&D Team Leader at Sears Israel, managing a multidisciplinary team and promoting an impact-driven mindset. They also gained valuable experience as a Project Manager for the Israeli Air Force, developing tools for flight analysis and earning departmental honors twice. Dror completed a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from IDC Herzliya and is currently pursuing an MBA in Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Reichman University and a course at Columbia Business School.
