Miles Silva

Miles Silva is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in various technical roles. Currently serving as a Senior IT Technician at Wiz since March 2023, Miles is responsible for onboarding, end-user support, office operations, documentation, team collaboration, and mentorship. Previously, Miles worked as the Founding IT Support Engineer at mParticle from April 2021 to March 2023, where leadership of IT procedures followed two company acquisitions took place. Prior to mParticle, Miles held multiple roles at Apple from October 2016 to April 2021, including Genius, Technical Expert, and Technical Specialist, providing expert support and solutions to customers. Miles holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Bucknell University and furthered education at Rutgers University.
