Tamara Lapin is a seasoned human resources professional with a robust background in building people, culture, compliance, and talent initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as Principal Human Resources Business Partner at Wiz since October 2025, Tamara previously held the position of Senior People Business Partner at Cedar from April 2021 to November 2025. Experience also includes roles as Senior Human Resources Manager at Flix, where significant improvements in employee engagement and retention were achieved, and Senior Manager of People and Culture at Quidd, where a new employee life-cycle experience was launched. Prior roles include Manager of HR and Operations at OurCrowd and HR and Operations Manager at Nigel Frank International, where foundational HR processes and compliance systems were established. Tamara holds a Master Certificate in Human Resources from Cornell University.
