Tim Reiter

Tim Reiter is a seasoned professional in customer success and sales engineering, currently serving as the Sr Director of Customer Success for North America at Wiz since May 2025. Previously, Tim held senior director positions at Armis and Arctic Wolf, overseeing customer success for enterprise accounts in North America. Tim's extensive experience includes key leadership roles at Tanium, Telefónica, and various technology companies, where responsibilities spanned presales engineering, customer support, and team management. Tim began a career in technical account management and has a solid academic foundation, holding a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from North Dakota State University.
