Bailey Posey has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2015 as a Youth Intern at the First Baptist Church Boerne. In 2016, they became a Part Time Customer Associate at Anthropologie. In 2017, they were an Account Services Intern at Giles-Parscale, Inc. In 2018, they were hired as the first employee of Stylust, where they were promoted to Chief of Staff. Finally, in 2021, they became a Partnerships Manager at Wizard Commerce, where they work with the Growth and Consumer Experience teams to ensure their merchant partners are successful.

Bailey Posey obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the Texas McCombs School of Business in 2017, majoring in Marketing and minoring in Advertising. In 2016, they participated in a Business Law and EU Law Summer Study Abroad Program at the University of Edinburgh Business School. In 2018, they obtained a HubSpot Inbound certification from HubSpot Academy, and a Google Analytics for Beginners certification from Google.
