Chad Masso

Chad Masso has a diverse work experience starting from 2010. Chad initially worked as a Production Management Intern at Deutsche Bank in 2010. From 2011 to 2013, they joined Indeed.com as part of the Indeed Labs team, where they contributed to the development of Indeed's products and prototypes using Python/Django. In 2013, they became the Co-Founder of makexyz, an online 3D printing service, where they took on the role of sole developer and helped build a profitable business until 2016. During this time, they also started their own freelance work under Masso Development, providing services to reputable companies including Indeed.com. From 2016 to 2018, Chad worked as the Head of Engineering at wrrk, an on-demand customer service team, where they created various internal and external tools to increase efficiency. Since 2018, they have been employed at WizeHire, initially serving as a Senior Software Engineer and later transitioning to the role of Director of Product. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Product Engineer at WizeHire as of June 2022.

Chad Masso attended Weslaco High School from 2003 to 2007. Chad then enrolled in The University of Texas at Austin from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
