Nancy Burger is a keynote speaker, executive coach, and workshop facilitator with a diverse background in writing and editing. From 1994 to 2004, they worked as a freelance writer and editor for notable publications. Since 2018, Nancy has served as a Keynote Speaker and Communications Strategist at The Fear Finding Project LLC, guiding executives and teams in developing emotionally healthy workplace cultures. Additionally, they hold an advisory role at TCV Growth Partners and have contributed as an expert at Wizly since 2022. Nancy is also a co-founder and senior editor of Sanctuary Magazine, which inspires and empowers women through health, wellness, and creativity stories.
