John McGrath

John McGrath is a Strategic Product Manager with extensive experience in product development and operational management across various sectors, including EdTech. They began their career at Thomson Prometric, rising from Scheduling Assistant to European Operations Manager over six years, where they significantly improved testing center performance and client relationships. They then held key roles at BTL, including Head of Product Management, where they oversaw the development of flagship products and drove financial efficiencies. Currently, John serves as Head of Release Management at WJEC / CBAC, continuing to leverage their SaaS expertise to deliver impactful solutions. John graduated with a BA (Hons) in Business Management from Leeds University in 1998.
