John Asebes is currently an anchor on The Morning Show at WJXT and a reporter. They have been a Crime and Safety Reporter at FOX23 News since 2021. Asebes gained valuable experience as a public relations intern for Eastern North Carolina Stop Human Trafficking Now in 2013 and as a reporter at WVVA from 2014 to 2016. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Communications/Public Relations from East Carolina University, which they completed in 2014.
