We are one of the fastest growing Real Estate Development companies in Sabah, with a focus on innovation, sustainability and ensuring variety.

We pride ourselves in our ability to contribute to the future of the industry through our low-cost township development projects and, in turn, to the economic development of the state. Our 1 Avenue Commercial Centre & neighbouring PR1MA homes is a prime example of our efforts in transforming rural towns into economic hubs.

Leadership, Strength, Stability, Longevity and Superior Service are the five pillars of our operations. Our highly dedicated and experienced management team constantly go above and beyond to assist buyers and investors in finding their perfect home or investment. We build and maintain lasting relationships with our partners and buyers who trust us in upholding the highest ethical standards. Our customers are confident in our ability to provide them with luxury accommodations or business spaces at affordable prices without compromising on quality assurance and control. Just look at our Mamut Villa project in Ranau which was one of the only properties in the area completely unaffected by the recent 6.0 Richter scale earthquake!
