Chad Brown

Chad Brown is currently the Director of Florida Title Production at Westcor Land Title Insurance Company, a role they began in 2024. Previously, they held several positions in the title industry, including Title Operations Manager at Consuegra Title, LLC from 2013 to 2023, and Title Department Manager at ALAW - Albertelli Law from 2012 to 2013. Chad's earlier experience includes serving as an Underwriter and Title Production Manager at First American Title from 2004 to 2012 and as a Title Department Supervisor and Title Examiner at Florida Default Law Group from 1995 to 2004. They also worked briefly as an Information Technology Specialist and Title Support at Shapiro and Fishman LLP in 1994.
