Alex Korecky is an accomplished videographer with extensive experience in news and video production. Currently working as a News Videographer at WLWT since February 2023, Alex specializes in shooting and editing reporter packages, capturing breaking news, and operating live broadcasts with advanced equipment. Alex's professional journey includes freelancing for Ace Videography since 2014, and previously serving as a News Photographer at 2 News WDTN, where video for daily newscasts and interviews were captured. Additional roles include Video Production Technician at Classic Teleproductions Inc., Video Production Intern with the Akron RubberDucks, and various positions within the Kent State University media department. Alex holds a Bachelor’s Degree in TV Production from Kent State University, enhancing a solid foundation in video production and storytelling.
