Jared Delac

Jared Delac is an experienced Operations Technician at WLWT since August 2023, specializing in operating robotic cameras for live newscasts and collaborating with production teams. Prior to this role, Jared worked as a Summer Technology Worker for the Medina City School District from May 2019 to August 2023, where responsibilities included managing over 1500 Chromebooks and hardware installations. Additionally, Jared contributed as a painter on a summer maintenance crew, emphasizing attention to detail and teamwork. At Miami University, experience included serving as a Student Office Assistant and a Media Production Intern, where skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro were utilized to enhance departmental branding and event promotion. Jared holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Media and Culture, and Emerging Technology in Business and Design, along with a minor in Film Studies from Miami University.
