Emily Evers

Emily Evers joined WMCAT in October of 2022 as director of development. Previously, she served as the advancement director at Artists Creating Together (ACT). While working at ACT for eight years, Emily gained robust experience in fund development for nonprofit, equity-focused art initiatives. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from Michigan State University with a degree concentration in science and policy. Additionally, she holds a Certificate in Fund Raising Management from The Fund Raising School at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. She has been a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) since 2015.
