Heather Sullivan

Heather Sullivan has extensive experience in the legal field, starting with their role as a Law Student Intern at the Federal Aviation Administration in 2002. Heather gained valuable skills in administrative law, drafting memoranda and briefs, and attending hearings. Heather then worked as a Law Clerk at Lincoln Square Legal Services, where they assisted in criminal and civil litigation matters, conducted legal research, and participated in client counseling sessions and court appearances.

In 2005, Heather joined Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP as a Contract Attorney, where they played a key role in a major commercial litigation, performing privilege review and deposition designation. Heather also supervised a team of contract attorneys on ancillary projects.

Heather's next position was as a Contract Attorney at Taro Pharmaceuticals, where they negotiated contracts, reviewed terms of various agreements, and assisted with corporate compliance program implementation. Heather then moved to The Phoenix Global Supply Group, Inc. as an Attorney, providing legal counsel to a start-up pharmaceutical marketing company. Here, they drafted contracts for the development, manufacture, and supply of pharmaceutical products and served as interim general counsel for a four-month period.

In 2015, Heather joined WMG, Inc. as a Staff Legal Counsel, specializing in contract drafting and review. Heather provided legal advice on labor and employment laws, risk mitigation, and intellectual property protection. Additionally, Heather assisted senior management in contract negotiations and handled various legal agreements, such as employment agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and software license agreements.

Currently, Heather holds the role of QA Manager at WMG, Inc., where they likely oversees quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Heather Sullivan received their high school diploma from Paul VI High School in 1997. From 1997 to 2001, they attended Penn State University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. Following that, they enrolled in Fordham University School of Law from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree.
