Andy Peacock has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Andy began their career at Halfords as a Cycle Engineer and Salesperson from 2002 to 2006. Andy then worked at Bloomberg for a two-week internship in 2007, where they gained exposure to the financial sector and the design industry. Andy subsequently joined the NHS Purchasing and Supply Agency as a Record Management Administrator in 2007, specializing in electronic records management. In the same year, they also worked as a Bartender at Brunning and Price Ltd.

From 2008 to 2012, Andy worked at Card One Banking, first as a Systems Administrator, where they administered the banking platform and collaborated with the operations manager on business issues. Andy later transitioned to a Project Manager role, overseeing projects and acting as a liaison between clients and the internal teams.
