Kelly Weiss has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Kelly currently serves as the Senior Manager and Head of PMO at WM Reply, where they specialize in creating intranets, collaboration platforms, and business solutions. Prior to this role, Kelly worked as a Senior Consultant at Slalom for a year and a half. Kelly also served as the Innovation and Implementation Manager at the Archdiocese of Chicago for three years.

Kelly has also pursued their passion for writing, working as a self-employed writer. Kelly has authored two novels and has contributed to various platforms such as Channillo. Additionally, Kelly co-hosted and co-produced the Women Know IT podcast, which focuses on highlighting underrepresented topics within the IT industry.

In the latter role, they acted as a liaison between the alderman and various organizations, coordinated community meetings and events, and managed interns.

Kelly Weiss has a strong educational background in the field of Social Service Administration. Kelly obtained their M.A. degree from the University of Chicago, specializing in Social Service Administration. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at Boston University, earning a B.A. degree in English and Hispanic Language and Literature. In addition to their academic qualifications, Kelly has also acquired additional certifications in Non-Profit Management from Kellogg Executive Education in May 2019 and in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in April 2014.
