Matt Young

Matt Young is a dedicated, PROSCI qualified change and adoption consultant with experience across a variety of organizational sectors. Currently a Senior Adoption and Change Management Consultant at WM Reply, Matt leads multidisciplinary project teams to implement complex digital transformation projects, specializing in M365 adoption. Previously, as a Client Manager at Wallacespace, they managed charity client accounts and contributed to the company's mission of enhancing meeting experiences. With a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of Warwick, Matt has demonstrated a strong foundation in both legal and change management disciplines.
