Wayne Mugridge is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in systems development and support. From May 1999 to March 2008, Wayne served in the Royal Air Force in a telecommunications role. Following this, Wayne held various positions including 2nd Line IT Support Engineer at Galliford Try and 2nd Line IT Support Technician for Symphony Housing Group. Wayne completed a Computing Degree at Edge Hill University with first-class honours and transitioned into consultancy roles, including Senior Sharepoint & Office 365 Consultant and Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Practice Lead at WM Reply. Currently, Wayne is the BU Power Platform Lead at WM Reply and has been involved in leading M365 & Power Platform practices at Valorem Reply since May 2020.
