Sam Hoo has worked in a variety of roles in the marketing and operations sector since 2017. Sam'scareer began with a role as a Marketing & Operations Intern for i9 Sports in 2017, followed by a Discovery Intern and Experiential Innovation role for UCF Athletics Association Inc. in the same year. In 2018, they worked as a Marketing & Sales for the Orlando Solar Bears, and in 2019, they held positions as a Digital Marketing & Client Success and a PR & Marketing Intern at TicketSocket. In 2020, they were a Content Graduate Assistant at the University of South Florida, and in 2021, they worked as a Digital Marketing Coordinator and a Marketing Analytics Fellow at the Tampa Bay Lightning. Currently, Sam Hoo is the Manager of Partner Solutions at WMT.
Sam Hoo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Communication and Sports Business Management from the University of Central Florida in 2019. Sam then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Sport and Entertainment Management from the University of South Florida, which they are expected to complete in 2022. In addition, they also obtained a certification in "How to Create a Perfect Elevator Pitch" from LinkedIn in November 2020.
