Tosca Pinas

Tosca Pinas is a dedicated advocate for women in maritime, boasting over 20 years of experience in women's empowerment and gender equality. Currently, Tosca serves as the Head of Quality and Control at the Maritime Authority Suriname and is the Chair of the Women in Maritime Association Caribbean chapter in Suriname. Tosca is also a life and business coach with ongoing education at the World Maritime University, where they are pursuing a Master of Science in Maritime Studies. With a rich background as a motivational speaker, IMO auditor, and ISO Quality Auditor, Tosca continues to contribute significantly to the maritime field and promote gender equality.
