Shane Phelps began their career in 1987 as a Specialist with the US Air Force, where they developed their natural proficiency for precision. In 1992, they joined FedEx as a QA/Analyst in the customer service department, where they quickly stood out for their expertise in finding answers to any and all company complications. Shane was part of special QA teams, leading in the quest to solve theft problems, lost items, and system errors, in conjunction with security and local authorities. In 2004, they joined WMX as Senior Vice President of Operations and eventually took on the role of Managing Director, where they supervised all aspects of the agency. Shane maintained constant contact with the various department heads, oversaw projects, provided HR support, and maintained discipline throughout the office.
Shane Phelps attended Dowling College from 2000 to 2002. Shane then attended Victor Valley Community College from 1989 to 1990, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Technology. In addition, they have two certifications: Leading at a Distance from LinkedIn, which they obtained in March 2020, and Google Digital Analytics from Google, which they obtained in October 2013.
