As Chief Business Development Officer of WN Global, John brings over 29 years of Oil & Gas expertise in upstream energy. Prior to joining the WN Global Family, John was the Senior Business Development Manager for a major international Oilfield Service Manufacturer, managing business development and marketing activities in Australia, New Zealand, and Papua New Guinea.
John joined the oil industry in 1990 as an engineer. He advanced his career through various sales, operational, technology and management roles in the United States, West Africa, Scandinavia, and Australasia. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University and completed 4 levels of Executive Business Management Programs at Texas A&M University. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and IADC and has co-written several SPE papers. In addition, John has been awarded the coveted Hart's Award for Innovation and holds several U.S. patents.
