Randy Kim

VP, Information Technology at WNC

Randy Kim is the current Vice President of Information Technology at WNC. Randy has over fifteen years of experience in the field, with a focus on data warehouse architecture and development.

Kim began their career in 2000 as a Database Specialist for the County of San Luis Obispo. Randy then moved to Family Care Network as a Database Developer, before taking on the role of Sr. Data Warehouse Engineer at SpotRunner Inc. in 2007. In 2009, they became the Data Warehouse Architect for StrataCare, A Xerox Company. Randy held this position until 2013, when they joined Grubb and Ellis as a Business Intelligence Developer/DBA. Kim has been with WNC since 2015.

Randy Kim has a Master of Science in Computer Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a BS in Chemical Engineering from University of California, Los Angeles.

Randy Kim reports to Wilfred N. Cooper Jr., President & CEO. Randy Kim works with Kent Mehring - SVP, Asset Management, Anand Kannan - President, Community Preservation Partners, and Jessica Captanis - VP, Originations, West.
