Naved Malim is a driven and adaptable Claims Team Lead at WNS, managing the APAC claims team for Canopius Lloyd’s Syndicate 4444. With over 8 years of professional experience, including more than 5 years in the insurance industry, Naved has developed a strong foundation in operations, client service, and claims management. Since 2019, Naved has taken on leadership roles, overseeing end-to-end claims for Australia and Singapore while implementing process improvements to enhance productivity. Naved holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai and is passionate about advancing their career in the global insurance space through leadership, innovation, and client-focused delivery.
