Sameer James

Sameer James is a result-oriented professional with over 22 years of experience in business finance and financial planning and analysis (FP&A). Currently serving as the GM of Business Finance at WNS, Sameer has also held significant roles at companies including STARTEK, Aegis Limited, and Teleperformance. With a strong background in end-to-end P&L management, budgeting, and operational due diligence, Sameer has effectively worked with C-level executives and has been instrumental in establishing FP&A functions across multiple countries. Sameer holds an MBA from Amity Business School and a Bachelor’s degree from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, Delhi University.
