Arden Sperry

Arden Sperry has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Arden began their career as an Educator Lululemon at lululemon in 2016. They then transitioned to an Account Manager role at Life Time - Healthy Way of Life in 2017. In 2018, Arden joined CorePower Yoga as a Yoga Instructor and also took on the role of Account Manager at FareHarbor. At FareHarbor, they later served as a Business Development Coordinator. In 2021, Arden worked as a Marketing Associate at The Food Corridor and as a Nutritionist at Integrated Health Systems. In 2022, they became an Account Manager at bitewell, and in 2023, Arden joined Wodify as a Client Onboarding Specialist.

Arden Sperry began their education in 2012 at the University of New Hampshire, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Equestrian/Equine Studies. They continued their education at the same institution and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Fine/Studio Arts, specializing in Painting, in 2016.

In 2017, Arden Sperry obtained a 200 HR YTT certification from CorePower Yoga.

From 2020 to 2022, Arden Sperry attended the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine & Health Sciences. During their time there, they pursued a Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition/Nutritionist. Additionally, they obtained a Master's in Clinical Nutrition and a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from the same institution.

In 2016, Arden Sperry also acquired an Ayurveda Certification, but the institution that granted the certification is not provided.
