Rick Schopp

Rick Schopp has over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance. In 2022, they began their current role as Chief Financial Officer at Wodify. Prior to this, they were Director of Accounting at Jetti Resources from 2020-2022, Financial Controller and Financial Reporting Manager at SRC Energy Inc from 2015-2020, and Sr. Manager and Manager at KPMG US from 2007-2015, where they specialized in providing audit services to companies across a variety of industries. During their tenure at SRC, they managed the implementation of a monthly close process, the implementation of all new accounting standards, and the implementation of 3 new accounting software systems. At KPMG US, they worked on many of the firm's public engagements, providing financial statement audits and audits of internal controls for publicly-traded clients.

Rick Schopp graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BSBA from the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business in 2007. Their majors were Professional Accounting & Business Administration - Finance, and their minors were Mathematics & Law. In 2006, they completed a Study Abroad program at the University of St Andrews. Rick is also a Certified Public Accountant, certified by the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants (COCPA).
