Joash L has extensive experience in business development and sales across various industries.

In 2014, they worked as a Product Consultant at S&P Global before transitioning to the role of Portfolio and Transaction Manager - Sales in 2015. Joash remained in this position until 2016.

From 2016 to 2017, Joash L served as the Director of Business Development at Unibly - Social Mentoring.

Joash joined Marsh in 2017 as an Assistant Vice-President - Business Development and held this position until 2018. During their time at Marsh, they successfully developed and executed sales strategies to drive new revenue in Asia, with a focus on the Sharing Economy and Affinity business sectors.

In 2019, Joash L returned to Marsh as an Assistant Vice-President, this time specializing in the Regional Sharing Economy and Affinity sector. Joash played a key role in growing Marsh's InsurTech arm by promoting digital API solutions and providing consultative sales to C-level executives across Asia.

Most recently, in 2023, Joash L became the Director of Business Development at WOGI.
