Lisa Phillips has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Lisa began their career as a Customer Service/Sales Administrator and Seasonal Packer at HECTIC (EUROPE) LTD in 2013. In 2015, they worked as a Tennis Coach. In 2016, they returned to the hospitality industry as a Bartender at The Beresford. In 2019, they worked as a Chalet Girl for SNOW RETREAT LIMITED and also as a Bartender at The Beresford. Lisa also spent 2019 backpacking. In 2020, they worked as an Au Pair and also did private study and volunteered. Currently, they are a Customer Service and Ecommerce Representative at WOLF, where they deal with global B2B retail customers and B2C e-commerce customers, and is part of a team that sets up and delivers trade shows representing and promoting the brand throughout Europe.

Lisa Phillips attended Brighton High Performance Centre from 2013 to 2014 and Felpham Community College from 2007 to 2013.
