Neil Casini is a design and experiences expert with over 30 years of experience in the video game industry. They currently serve as the Head of Design at REALM and have previously held significant roles such as Director and UX/UI Designer at Light Pillar Software Ltd and Co-Founder/Director at Clockwork Games Limited. Neil also worked as a Producer at Eurocom Developments Ltd and was the Head of Product Design at The World's Online Festival. They studied Computer Studies and Electronic and Computer Engineering at Arnold & Carlton College and People’s College, Nottingham, respectively.
