Greg Otten

Greg Otten is an experienced project engineer currently at Wolf Construction Company since June 2017, where responsibilities include facilitating communication between field and office staff through technology. Previously, Greg held multiple roles at Granite City Food & Brewery from July 2011 to June 2017, including assistant manager, where training at new stores and efficient preparation of food items were key duties, as well as serving as executive chef and kitchen manager.
