David Wolf

David Wolf is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Wolf Development Strategies, a firm dedicated to providing comprehensive marketing and sales services, as well as strategic advisory for residential developments across the nation. With extensive expertise in residential real estate and multifamily development, David collaborates closely with developers to implement effective strategies that surpass their objectives. Prior to establishing Wolf Development Strategies in 2015, David held the position of President at Related Midwest, where David co-founded Related Realty and led development sales and marketing. David's career began at @properties, where David became a top producer, significantly contributing to the brokerage's growth. A graduate of Miami University with a degree in Public Relations and Marketing, David is actively involved in the Chicago Association of Realtors® and various charitable organizations, including Off the Street Club, and is a member of YPO - Young Presidents Organization.
