Laurel Borysuk

Laurel Borysuk is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in people services and organizational development. Currently serving as the Manager of People Services at Wolf Midstream since January 2023, Laurel previously held the role of People and Culture Manager at Decibel Cannabis Company and Human Resources Manager at Alta Genetics, where leadership included overseeing the HR team and implementing HR initiatives. Other roles include Organizational Development & Change Specialist at Sobeys and various positions at Cenovus Energy, where Laurel managed onboarding programs, campus recruitment, benefits administration, and HR analytics. Laurel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Calgary, obtained in 2006.
