Steve Beccia

Steve Beccia has held a variety of roles in the footwear industry since 1998. Steve's work experience includes Product Development Manager positions at H.S. Trask & Co. (1998) and Global Brand Marketing Inc. (2003). Steve then moved to Cole Haan in 2005, where they served as Senior Director of Women's & Men's Footwear Product Development, Director of Men's Footwear & Accessories Product Development, Senior Product Development Manager of Men's Footwear, and Product Development Manager of Women's & Men's Footwear. In 2015, they became Vice President of Product Development at Caleres, Inc. and has been Self-Employed as a Product Creation Advisor for Footwear since 2020. Steve is currently Vice President - Sourcing, Production & Product Development at Wolf & Shepherd since 2022.

Steve Beccia attended Gettysburg College from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management.
