Damon Effingham

Damon Effingham is the Senior Director of Government Affairs at the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts, where they oversee policy initiatives related to the arts. Previously, they served as the Executive Director at Common Cause Maryland and held various roles at RepresentUs and the U.S. House of Representatives, focusing on election law, voting rights, and government reform. Effingham earned a Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law and dual Bachelor's degrees in Music Business from New York University. They are also a board member for Virginians for the Arts.
