Dean Souleles

Dean Souleles is a seasoned technology executive with over 40 years of diverse experience across various industries, currently serving as a Principal at Ginosko Consulting, LLC and as a Member of the Board of Associates at the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts. Previously, Souleles held prominent roles, including Chief Operating Officer at Resolution Health Inc. and Chief Technology Advisor for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, where they led efforts to adopt advanced technologies like Artificial Intelligence in the Intelligence Community. Additionally, Souleles co-chaired the IC Architecture and System Engineering Team and has advised numerous companies on technology strategies. They also contributed significantly to the healthcare IT sector while serving as CTO for QuadraMed and established the National Counterintelligence and Security Center's technology strategy.
